A free live webinar for businesses and taxpayers seeking to correct outstanding tax obligations and benefit from ZATCA’s Fines and Financial Penalties Exemption Initiative before 31 December 2026. Presented by Ibrahim Mohammed Al Shammari, Senior Associate, and Miznah Saleh Al-Swat, Associate at Tass & Hamjit.
Businesses may have overdue returns, unpaid tax liabilities or previously undeclared amounts that continue to generate financial exposure. ZATCA’s Initiative provides an opportunity to correct eligible past obligations and obtain relief from certain unpaid penalties, subject to meeting the applicable conditions.
Unfiled tax returns may result in late filing and late payment penalties. Eligible returns must be submitted before the Initiative ends.
Businesses should review previous filings, disclose any undeclared tax and correct VAT returns where required.
Taxpayers may settle the principal tax in full or request an installment plan during the Initiative period.
A clear process to review your tax position, identify eligible penalties and complete the required action before 31 December 2026.

Identify overdue returns, unpaid principal tax, required corrections and potentially eligible penalties.
Submit outstanding returns, correct previous VAT filings and disclose undeclared tax liabilities.
